James Reese, Jr. is the Film/Production Manager for Fulton County Government in the External Affairs – Broadcast, Cable & Film Office, he manages the film permitting process, broadcast productions, cable franchising, budgeting and administrative functions.

 

James has worked for the City of Atlanta, Fox 5 Atlanta, and local television stations in Chattanooga, TN and Huntsville, AL respectively, where he served as a News Reporter, Director/Producer, News Photographer and Commercial Videographer.

James has hosted the South Fulton Living website for 20 years and volunteered as a youth athletic coach for soccer, baseball and football for twelve years. An engaged member of the community James was instrumental in the media efforts for the cityhood referendum that created the City of South Fulton.

A widower and father of two adult sons, James has a B.A. from the UT-Chattanooga in Broadcast Journalism and a Certified Public Manager Certification from the University of Georgia

James resides in the City of South Fulton.
