Mr. Kevin Grimes is a veteran of the elite United States Navy Nuclear Submarine Force and is widely held as the youngest person in U.S. Naval History to graduate #1 in Nuclear Submarine School (BESS). He has received leadership endorsements from public officials and high ranking military officers including a Brigadier General (Air Force) and a Captain (U.S. Navy). Kevin has been featured in media outlets nationally, including, Black Enterprise Magazine, Crain's Detroit, VIBE, The Atlanta Business Chronicle and The Dolphin.

Kevin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He has completed over 300 hours of DCAA Auditor training provided by the Defense Contract Audit Institute (DCAI).  Kevin earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Metropolitan University.
